Solution

After troubleshooting, I found that after upgrading to 24H2, Windows assigns the default driver Microsoft IPP Class Driver to the printer. To resolve the issue, go to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers & Scanners, and open the specific printer settings page. 近日升级到Windows 11 24h2版本后发现使用HP Laser MFP 1136w Printer打印文档皆会打出一页报错页面，内容如下图所示，但是使用HP Smart Assistant打印PDF一切正常，尝试了使用HP SMART进行修复，修改网络连接方式，重新添加打印机等等方式皆无果。

解决方案

排查后发现是升级到24h2后Windows为打印机分配的驱动程序会回到默认的Microsoft IPP Class Driver ，需要到设置-蓝牙和其他设备-打印机和扫描仪-具体打印机设置页-打印机属性，然后在选项卡中选择高级页面，接着把驱动程序变更为HP指定的打印机驱动程序即可解决该问题。
